The plan was to make the house as future proof as possible without, at the owners request, getting overly ‘high tech’; the outcome was just that – somewhere to live comfortably in the 21^st century while completely retaining the features and feel of the listed home that it is.

We purchassed an old property which needed some work on the electrics and Darren Wilkins were brilliant. They replaced the external security lights, installed a dehumidifier in the roof, installed proper and accredited smoke alarms, new lighting and checked everything was working and safe. When problems did occur, and thankfully they were very rare, they attended promptly and resolved the issue speedily and without fuss. The quality of their work was commended by the NIC EIC inspector who reviewed the installation. Overall a level of professionalism and customer care rarely found today.
